Hot and a little metallic, the opening of saffron, nutmeg and cinnamon owes its leathery edge to the saffron. Cypriol, a smoky, earthy root from an Indian sedge, darkens the rose and orange blossom of the heart, and vanilla, patchouli and vetiver sweeten and ground the base with musk.
