Celery brings a savoury green to an opening of rum, lavender, cardamom and a spread of citrus. Coffee and clove darken a heart of carnation and geranium, and the base goes wholly sweet as caramel, vanilla and licorice melt into benzoin and opoponax over cedar and sandalwood.
