Bitter orange peel, austere and green beneath the zest, takes a piney lift from black pepper and the earthy woodiness of ginger. Incense and guaiac wood fill the heart with cool resin and soft smoke, warmed by nutmeg, and Brazilian redwood, patchouli and black musk form a dark, earthy base.
