Pavlova
Cassia, a coarser relative of cinnamon, spices raspberry and mandarin up front, while grapefruit brings its sulfurous tang. In the heart, the watery stem of hyacinth and the metallic mint of geranium cool tuberose, ylang-ylang and jasmine, and oakmoss, inky and bitter, meets the nutty roots of vetiver around sandalwood and vanilla.
